Amelia F. Burroughs

Ms. Burroughs's practice emphasizes consumer and antitrust litigation, insurance coverage, personal injury and class actions.

Born and raised in Humboldt County, Ms. Burroughs is an honors graduate from CSU, Sacramento (B.A., 1999) and McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific (J.D., 2002), where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the McGeorge Law Review (2001-2002) and authored two articles: Mythed It Again: Discovery Abuse and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(b)(1),33 McGeorge Law Review 75 (2002); and The Mother of All Exemptions: Chapter 266 and California Jury Selection, 32 McGeorge Law Review 765 (2001).

Ms. Burroughs joined the firm in 2007 and is a member of Consumer Attorneys of California and the Humboldt County and California State Bar Associations.Ms. Burroughs is admitted to all U.S. District Courts in California.
