Dennis C. Reinholtsen

Mr. Reinholtsen is a Certified Public Accountant (1978) and a former deputy District Attorney (1982-1983). Mr. Reinholtsen's practice is primarily focused in the areas of business and estate planning and litigation arising therefrom.

Born and raised in Eureka, Mr. Reinholtsen graduated summa cum laude from Humboldt State University (B.A., 1975) and the University of California, Davis (J.D., 1981). He is a member of the Humboldt County and California State Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California. He is a former president of the Humboldt County Bar Association (1999) and he has served as a member of the Cutten Elementary School Board since 1991.
