Michael Morrison

A litigator who has tried approximately 100 jury cases to verdict, Mr. Morrison began his career as a deputy District Attorney for the County of Humboldt. Since joining the firm in 1990, Mr. Morrison has concentrated his efforts in the areas of products liability, personal injury, employment law, business litigation, and the defense of medical and other healthcare malpractice claims.

Mr. Morrison graduated from California State University, Chico (with highest honors, 1973) and Hastings College of the Law, University of California (1976). He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the California Society for Healthcare Attorneys, the Humboldt County and California State Bar Associations, and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California. Since the inception of the process, Mr. Morrison has been peer selected as one of Northern California's "Super Lawyers" by Law & Politics magazine. He has served for many years as a member of the local bar's Lawyer Referral Service/Legal Aid Committee and was a member of the State Bar's Standing Committee on the Environment (1987-1989).
